Shauna and love

collage by Alyssa

Shauna was patient and kind;
She did not envy or boast;
She was never arrogant or rude.
Shauna did not insist on her own way;
She was not irritable or resentful;
She did not rejoice at wrongdoing,
but rejoiced with the truth.
Shauna bore all things,
believed all things,
hoped all things,
endured all things.

She believed that Love never ends.

And she helped us all to believe too.

She helped us to see faith, hope, and love abide,

these three;

but the greatest of these is love.

  1. I know you count yourself blessed to share in the glow of that love. Cheryl

  2. what a perfect description of our sweet sister.
    love you.

  3. A perfect description. I love you.

  4. I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for you and for Chas and your entire family...especially for Shauna's husband and beautiful children. Sending hugs. Kristine

  5. So true. May we all follow her wonderful example. I love you so much.

  6. We are grieving with you. I loved your post of scripture that defined Shauna... perfect. Praying the Lord gives you comfort.

  7. I am still praying, have prayed since I first learned of Shauna's cancer and praying for your family since your loss of this precious angel. Anne
